Is India not given enough credits?

Did you know, the Pythagoras theorem in math was originally written by Baudhayana (800 B.C.E) — an Indian saint? The credit is given to the Greek philosopher, Pythagoras.

We should value the rich Indian heritage. Children in India are taught about the Mughals and their rule in the schools. Is this, in any way going to help in the future? Indian schools should modify the history textbooks. They should inform the children about the rich culture and arts about India. The beautiful cave paintings of Bhimbetka, Madhya Pradesh.

India is a huge secular country, with a population of more than 1,380,000,000 (as of 2020) — making it the second most populated country in the world, just behind China. The most diverse country in the world is India. This country is developing faster than we think. This country officially has 23 languages, being three times smaller than The United States. Also, being one of the oldest surviving colonies with rich history, heritage, trade centers, and huge deposits of various types of sources such as diamonds and other precious stones.

A thing I don’t understand is after India is such a beautiful country, why do people look down on it?

Yoga and meditation are worldwide famous forms of exercise and a way of relieving stress. where did it originate? India.

India taught plastic surgery to the world. Sushruta, who lived in the kingdom of Kashi, wrote a book dating back to 800 B.C.E, describing over 300 different types of operations, different types of surgical tools which are exceptionally similar to the present-day tools used. The book also gives a vivid description of rhinoplasty, a type of nose surgery used for reshaping.

India is not given enough credits as it deserves. It’s a beautiful country and should be respected more.
